Artist's Comments
Essentially little more than an idea inspired by of all things a news paper artical for years ago - of a dolls head in pile of rubble, a rather false attempt by the new rag to bring home the horrors of war, which is aparantly best shown by the childs toy in a pile of destoyed rubble, torn apart and crushed into the dirt. Maybe it just seem false to me, owing to the fact this was a fairly common sight, oweing to how many Transformer and He-man toys i carelessly lost to the lawn mowers blades when i was a child. Toys crushed into the earth wasnt some lost symbol of destroyed innocence, the juxtaposition of childhood amid destructiona dndeath. It was just the realisation that Sunstreaker wasn't going to be much fun anymore.....
